Subsequent Order Page

If you have previously ordered Theta-Orthotics, you can place subsequent orders on this page. We keep all of your records including digital information from your biofoam impressions. We do NOT require an additional impression.

What we do need to know, is the correction level that you want. Because every 5 degree increase in correction doubles the benefits that you will see from your treatment, we recommend that you should be fully adjusted to your present level of correction, before you request the next higher correction level. If you are happy with the correction you are currently using, and want to have an extra pair, you should request the same level of correction you have now. If you havn’t tried our Premium Orthotics sooner is better than later.

Please do one of these things to make sure we get the correction you want.

1. Write either Next Level, Same Level, or the Specific Theta Correction you want, in the space provided for Company on your secure order form.

2. E-mail us a quick note that describes the correction you want in addition to placing a secure order.
