Dr. Jarrett, I have been using the orthotics for about two weeks. I have been using the 20 in my work shoes because of no cushioning in the soles. It huts but I am getting used to it. I use the 25 in my walking/jogging shoes. There is still stiffness and pain in my knees but I have noticed a substantial reduction in pain to my hip and lower pain. The recovery period for the diminishing pain has been reduced. I don’t run but I am walking four to five miles every day with very little lingering pain when completed. I was not able to walk every day before because of the pain in my hip and knee after a walking session. I plan to move up to the 30 in my walking shoes in another week and try the 25 in my work shoes. I am still trying to get used to the inserts. Rolland H
Rolland, Perfect…you are starting to understand theta and to make it work for you. Continue to wear full time in snug fit shoes (your foot becomes smaller as you increase theta correction). I look forward to your updates and will post this note to your chart. Dr. Jarrett
