Neuorma or Morton's Neuroma is an enlarged painful tumor of the Inter metatarsal nerve, usually between the 2nd and 3rd toes. It creates sharp burning type pain during periods of walking
especially on hard surfaces and when barefoot. Excessive pressure on this nerve as you walk causes a gradual inflammation, swelling and pain.

Heel spurs: heel
Spur Syndrome is the most common problem observed in a podiatrist’s office. It generally occurs in middle aged adults, especially those who are active on their feet. It usually has a rather rapid onset without any history of trauma.

Posture Control: Theta-Orthotics would best be described as posture control orthotics. All other elements of function, including relief of pain, restoration of motion, reduction in swelling, and improved walking are all secondary to the biomechanical events related to posture.
When high levels of theta are employed during all weight-bearing activities, the benefits to human posture are so pronounced that they can reverse the affects of many years of bad posture.

High Arches
High arches: Or, high
arched feet. If it is most obvious why someone with flat feet would want arch support, it is probably not very obvious why someone with high arches would want or benefit from
orthotics. The fact is that those patients who have high arches don’t usually see a need for orthotics until later in
life.
